The Story

This teapot boasts a unique design that significantly improves pouring efficiency, allowing for a more comfortable angle compared to traditional teapots.

Inoue Tea proudly showcases Minoware, also referred to as Mino-yaki, a distinguished style of Japanese pottery hailing from Mino Province. This region encompasses the towns of Tajimi, Toki, Mizunami, and Kawagoei in Gifu Prefecture. Crafted from the rich local soil, Mino-yaki is celebrated as one of Japan's oldest pottery traditions, with roots dating back to the 7th century.

Kyusu are classic Japanese teapots, expertly crafted from high-quality fired volcanic clay. The term "Kyusu" translates to teapot, but in common usage, it typically refers to a teapot featuring a convenient side handle, ideal for steeping a variety of teas.
